After graduating from NYIT’s School of Architecture, Chris transitioned to construction management, driven by his fascination with architecture’s technical aspects. Over a decade as a Project Manager in NYC and Long Island, he witnessed industry wastefulness, sparking his passion for sustainability. A Certified Passive House Designer (Phius and PHI) and LEED Green Associate, Chris is committed to reducing carbon footprints and improving indoor environmental quality. He emphasizes clear communication and mutual respect, fostering successful projects and strong relationships with Axea, trade partners, and clients.

As a field superintendent in NYC, Peter has gained extensive experience in on-site construction, project management, and administrative tasks for large multi-family buildings. His expertise spans small shop fit-outs, luxury condominiums, and apartment renovations. Peter’s proactive approach has saved his company significant costs while ensuring smooth operations. A Phius Certified Passive House Builder, he brings a deep understanding of Passive House principles and a commitment to quality, delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
